Cards replace the 9-column desktop table. Each card shows code | name (mono code, truncated name), the current status pill, and three compact numeric mini-rows (Est / Act / Pending). Tone-tinted background flags rows needing attention. Tap → opens Frame 2's adjust sheet. Sticky footer mirrors desktop's reviewed-count + Finalize gate.
Bottom sheet matches the desktop entry dialog but stacks vertically. Three big status chips replace the radio row; the active chip glows in its tone color. Source allocation defaults to a single row with a Split into multiple sources link to add more (matching the desktop "+ Split" button). The traffic-light remaining strip turns red when the sum doesn't balance, gating Save.
