A 3-tile glanceable strip up top ($1.2M Remaining Revenue · 30 Field Headcount · $180K/wk Labor) keeps the legacy dashboard's pulse-check value in three taps' worth of pixels; the rest of the canvas is a tappable feature grid grouped by the same six sections used in the desktop sidebar. Yellow dots flag under-construction features, matching the desktop convention. Tap-active state subtly raises the cell background.
