Revenue Forecaster — Timeline

Reads like the Labor Forecaster board — same rows, same months — but the bars are dollars, not crew.

Backlog burn-down

Committed remaining revenue at the start of each month, as the crew plan burns it off. Where the curve dives is where new work must land.
Committed (QB contracts) + Awards not in QB Comfort floor (3 mo × run-rate)
Booking gap: committed backlog falls under the 3-month comfort floor in February 2027. Counting the Tulsa Classical award pushes that to April 2027. Work bid this fall needs to convert by then.

Same math as the main concept — each job's remaining contract value (QB) spreads across months by its planned crew-weeks on the Labor Forecaster board. This layout trades the analytic chart for schedule-shaped reading: each row is a job, each bar segment is a month's revenue (darker = bigger month), and the burn-down answers "when do we run out of booked work."
